Jen’s father began the business in 1979 and passed ownership on to Jen and Brad Franklin. Brad Franklin has over 25-years of automotive repair experience and in his free time he a volunteer firefighter for the City of Redwood Falls. His experience, plus Uptown’s dedication to finding quality employees, means locals have known Uptown Auto Care is the place to take your vehicle when you need reliable service.

In 2016, Jen retired after more than 25 years working for Good Samaritan Society in Redwood Falls to devote herself fulltime to taking care of Uptown Auto Care’s customers and top-notch staff.
